HIGHLANDERS TOP ATASCOCITA
The Highlander Basketball Team completed a season sweep over Atascocita Tuesday night 55-42. Joey Trinkle led the team in scoring with 18 points while Hayden Galatas added 12. The team will take this Friday off before hosting Lufkin Tuesday night.

Brandon Caporale recently helped Seminole State start 2012 with a win. Brandon scored 13 points in the game and took a charge with 7 seconds left to preserve the win. Just a freshman, Brandon is already making his mark at the collegiate level.
